Non-Refundable Services: All payments made to Aesthetic Business Consulting Services LLC for compliance services rendered in the state of Texas are non-refundable. This policy reflects the substantial effort, expertise, and resources invested in each client's service package from the outset.

Service Completion: Our commitment is to complete all services as agreed upon in the service agreement. The no refund policy is applicable regardless of the stage of completion should the client decide to terminate the services prematurely.
Client Satisfaction: We strive for the highest client satisfaction and encourage open communication throughout the service process. If there are concerns or issues with the services provided, clients are encouraged to contact our customer service team promptly. While refunds are not provided, we are committed to addressing and resolving any service issues to meet regulatory compliance standards and client expectations.
Changes to Services: If adjustments to the scope of work are needed after commencement, we are prepared to discuss modifications to the service agreement. Please note that changes may be subject to additional charges if they extend beyond the scope of the original agreement.
